In 2024, we made a deliberate choice: stop expanding into new markets through vendor aggregation, and instead deepen our direct ownership in the markets we already operate. This is not a growth constraint. It is the architecture of reliability.

When something goes wrong — a missed payroll, a compliance gap, a contract error — we do not escalate to a vendor. We own it. This is only possible because we own the infrastructure underneath.

Our dual-layer billing engine makes hidden fees structurally impossible. Every invoice is split into statutory costs and service fees. Our clients see exactly where every dollar goes — not because we choose to share, but because the system is built that way.

2021

The thesis

Extend Global was founded on a single thesis: global employment infrastructure can be rebuilt from the ground up. Not patched, not aggregated — rebuilt. Direct entity ownership, AI-native operations, and full cost transparency.

2022

First owned entities

Established direct-owned legal entities across key markets in Asia Pacific and Europe. Built the core payroll computation engine — gross-to-net calculations validated by AI, owned by our payroll experts.

2023

Platform launch

Launched the full delivery platform — EOR, AOR, and white-label capabilities. Onboarded first channel partners. Introduced dual-layer billing as a standard feature, not an add-on.

2024

Strategic contraction

Made a deliberate decision to stop expanding through vendor networks. Consolidated operations to 25+ direct-owned markets. Fewer markets, deeper ownership, higher reliability. This is the decision that defines ExtG.
