What you will own
- Coordinate recurring payroll operations across assigned countries, including input collection, validation, cut-off tracking, approval follow-up, and post-payroll checks.
- Review payroll inputs for completeness and consistency, including salary changes, bonuses, deductions, expenses, leave, start dates, terminations, and bank details.
- Work with HR operations, finance, compliance, customer success, and local payroll stakeholders to resolve payroll questions before processing deadlines.
- Maintain payroll trackers, issue logs, SOPs, calendar reminders, and internal handoff documentation.
- Support compliance checks by confirming that payroll inputs and employee changes align with country-specific requirements and internal controls.
- Identify repeated payroll exceptions and help improve templates, validation steps, and workflow automation opportunities.
What you will bring
- Experience in payroll operations, payroll coordination, HR operations, finance operations, or multi-country employee service delivery.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort validating structured data under deadline pressure.
- Understanding of payroll cycles, cut-offs, approvals, employee changes, and sensitive data handling.
- Professional English communication and the ability to coordinate clearly across functions and time zones.
- Ability to work with local payroll terminology and market-specific employee documentation; each opening lists the required language or local payroll context.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, payroll systems, HR systems, shared documentation, and operational trackers.

Market and language fit
