What you will own

  • Coordinate employee onboarding across Europe and the Middle East, making sure contracts, employee documents, system records, and internal handoffs are completed accurately.
  • Run onboarding calls and written communications with employees and client contacts, keeping the process clear, professional, and timely.
  • Maintain onboarding trackers, document checklists, internal SOPs, and country-specific process notes for EMEA markets.
  • Work with compliance, payroll, finance, and customer success teams to resolve blockers related to documentation, start dates, local requirements, or employee data.
  • Identify repeated onboarding questions and turn them into better templates, knowledge base updates, and internal process improvements.
  • Support audit-ready recordkeeping by ensuring documents, approvals, and operational decisions are organized and traceable.

What you will bring

  • Experience in HR operations, people operations, employee onboarding, global mobility, EOR operations, or a related service delivery role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple employee cases across countries and time zones.
  • Professional English communication, with precise writing and confident stakeholder follow-up.
  • Familiarity with employment documentation, employee data handling, and operational compliance expectations.
  • Comfort using HR systems, document repositories, spreadsheets, and workflow trackers.
  • Availability aligned to EMEA working hours, with the judgment to manage country-specific onboarding details across time zones.

Market and language fit

  • Based in a Middle East hiring market, with remote working hours aligned to EMEA operations.
  • Professional written and spoken English is required for client, employee, and internal communication.
  • Arabic or another relevant local Middle East business language is required for employee and partner coordination.
  • Additional EMEA language capability is a plus for multi-country onboarding support.

Helpful context

  • Experience supporting onboarding in European or Middle Eastern markets.
  • Knowledge of EOR, payroll, benefits, immigration, or HR outsourcing workflows.
  • French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, German, or another EMEA language in addition to English.
  • Experience writing SOPs or maintaining internal operations knowledge bases.
